The commercial project at Plot C is located in the core area of Yangpu District, Shanghai. The total building area of the project is 156,000 square meters, the steel structure consumption is about 15,000 tons, the height is 105 meters, and the total number of steel members is about 10,000, which are mainly distributed in the basement, 4 single buildings and skirt buildings.
Inspired Science Headquarters
It consists of 1 high-rise, 1 super high-rise office building, apartment and skirt building. There're 2 floors underground, and the highest above ground is 46 floors, with a height of 203.74m. The underground building area is about 20,000 ㎡, and the aboveground area is 130,000㎡. The steel structure includes section steel columns, outside frame columns, steel beams, composite beams, etc. The steel columns are distributed in the core tube and the outer frame from the basement along the height. The transfer frame is located at the B1~7F floors of the two towers. 3 curved corridors are set between the two towers, with a span of about 35 m, which are located on the 8th, 32nd, and 35th floors. The steel structure materials are Q345, Q345GJ, and Q390GJ, with principal section of 40mm~120mm, and steel consumption of about 10,000t.
Goodyear b raz}lian steel platform
The steel platform is 92.49 meters in length，5.515 meters in width and 3.1 meters in height. The main material Q345B, railings and handrails are made of S304 stainless steel pipe and aisle plate with pattern anti-skid aluminium alloy plate. The design and processing of the project and the acceptance of finished products fully meet the requirements of OSHA, the current safety and occupational health standard in America.

The building area is 12,000 square meters with a total steel consumption of 1,000 tons.
