Overcoming difficulties and making great progress, the semi-annual summary meeting of Hongxiang Steel Structure Group came to a successful conclusion

On July 17, 2021, the semi-annual summary meeting of Zhejiang Hongxiang Steel Structure Group was successfully concluded in the conference room on the second floor of the Maqiao headquarters building. The meeting summarized the work in the first half of 2021, deployed key tasks for the second half of 2021, continued to promote corporate development, and accelerated the construction of a first-class green building enterprise in the "Yangtze River Delta". A total of 30 middle and senior leaders and training teachers of the company attended the meeting.
The meeting began with a presentation by the first-level heads of each department on their respective department's work in the first half of the year, an analysis of existing problems and their causes, and a focus on how to implement the full year's tasks and targets in the second half of the year, promote the growth of their respective business segments and standardize management. They also conducted in-depth thinking and exchanges and proposed implementation measures around the annual work goals.
Executive President Zhai Junfeng summarized the company's operating performance in the first half of the year.
At the meeting, Chairman Dai Jiankang put forward two requirements for strengthening and implementing to the participants, centering on the goal of becoming a first-class professional construction service provider, striving to improve the management ideas and management capabilities of cadres at all levels, benchmarking against the best, being good at learning, conducting in-depth research, timely discovering and solving problems, grasping contradictions, overcoming difficulties, planning development ideas with high standards, strengthening business expansion, and insisting on doing both; fully implementing the concept change after the transformation of the enterprise management organizational structure, and focusing on promoting the full implementation of the responsibility system and the accrual system. Strive to improve quality and efficiency, ensure high-quality development of the enterprise, and strive for the enterprise to transform and leap to a new level.
