Zhejiang Hongxiang Energy Building Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 with a registered capital of 130 million yuan. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Hongxiang Zhuneng Technology Co., Ltd. and a manufacturing base for prefabricated building components. The company mainly produces various types of steel structural components such as housing construction and municipal bridges, with an annual output of 100000 tons of steel components.
The company is equipped with 5 light steel production lines, 1 heavy steel production line, 1 box steel production line, 1 pipe truss production line, as well as automated production lines for power, communication towers, and large-scale equipment. In 2021, the company invested 130 million yuan to build a "Digital Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Workshop for Steel Structure Prefabricated Residential Components", which includes one intelligent steel column production line, two intelligent steel beam production lines, and one intelligent coating production line. The entire intelligent workshop is equipped with 48 sets of international top robots such as Japan's Shengang, Kawasaki, and Sweden's ABB, achieving fully intelligent assembly line processing and production of components from entry and unloading to handling, welding, spraying, outbound, and shipping construction sites.
After more than 30 years of hard work, energy building technology, driven by innovation and technology, has gradually developed into a high-tech enterprise integrating steel structure building and building photovoltaic energy, leading the reform of China's construction industry.
