The future is promising and we will live up to our youth -- Hongxiang Steel Structure held a symposium for the 2021 college students to join the workforce

     On the afternoon of July 13, our company held a 2021 graduate induction seminar with the theme of "Shared Paths, Ideal Start" in the training room on the second floor of Maqiao headquarters. The company's leaders from the business management department, project management department, technology department, business department, the company's Youth League branch and 12 new graduates attended the seminar.

The purpose of this new employee symposium is, firstly, to create a communication platform for new employees to communicate with each other and promote effective communication between new employees and the company's management; secondly, to enable college students to better integrate into the company, enhance their sense of identity and belonging to the company, and create a harmonious and happy working atmosphere. 

At the symposium, college students interacted face-to-face with company leaders, reviewed their learning experience during their employment, and talked about their personal career development and future work ideas. They also expressed their love for Hongxiang Steel Structure Company. During the communication and interaction session, the heads of relevant departments also answered the questions, opinions, and doubts of new employees one by one. Finally, the manager of the company's business management department also introduced the policy interpretation of college students' employment and entrepreneurship in Haining and various details of the work and life of new employees.

The atmosphere of the whole symposium was relaxed and warm. Everyone expressed their opinions and spoke freely. In a pleasant atmosphere, they exchanged their feelings about work and life. Colleagues also deepened their understanding and enhanced their feelings, and built a communication channel between leaders and employees.
