Implement safety responsibilities and promote special equipment training for safe development

In order to further improve the management level of special equipment, ensure the safe operation of special equipment, and enhance employees' safety awareness of special equipment, Zhejiang Hongxiang Zhuneng Steel Structure Co., Ltd. organized a special equipment theoretical safety education and on-site education training on the morning of June 30, 2021.

Early in the morning, 80 employees lined up in four columns at the gate of the factory, which fully demonstrated the organization and discipline of the company's employees. Shi Yongxin, the person in charge of Jianshan Factory, mobilized everyone for the training: special equipment involves human life safety, and requires everyone to combine the "implement safety responsibilities and promote safe development" activities of the Safety Production Month to fix "Safety Production, Everyone is Responsible" from the system.

  Later, all the trainees marched in neat steps to the Zhejiang Institute of Special Equipment Science across the road, and listened to a lecture on special equipment safety education theory given by Mr. Luo Dawei. In the lecture, Mr. Luo combined the actual situation of the company and explained in an easy-to-understand way the various safety knowledge of cranes and yard vehicle equipment. Through the lecture, everyone further understood the relevant laws, regulations, classifications, safe operations and other knowledge of special equipment. Combined with videos, he explained the lessons of painful accidents one by one, and used the basic knowledge of special equipment, key points of safe operation, accident hazards and accident analysis as the focus for publicity and warning education.

  Then all the staff went to the National Special Equipment Safety Science Education Base of the Institute in batches. During the visit, everyone listened to the staff's introduction to the development history, current status, typical accidents, safety supervision, and technological innovation of special equipment from four themes: industry, products, safety education warnings, and enterprise manufacturing. Then, an interactive experience of safety equipment was conducted on site, which gave employees a new understanding of special equipment, strengthened their awareness of daily management and safety responsibilities for special equipment, and effectively ensured the safe operation of special equipment.
